We want to help you stay safe when you are at school or at home. If you feel you are in danger at any time, you can always talk to your class teacher or any adult that you trust. You can also get information or advice from any of the services below.
This book is for young people, written by young people and includes useful tips and places to get help if it is needed. It is about staying in touch and letting you know that you are not alone. By sharing their experiences of lockdown, it will help you to hear from others going through similar experiences and help those who feel isolated or have a need for help during school closure.
